Rondine is not a public authority and so it does not employ staff through public recruitment lists. 

Vacant  positions are dealt with by the personnel office who select appropriate candidates from among those present in the database according to relevant qualifications and professional experience. In the case of positions requiring specific technical skills nation wide specialised recruitment agencies are used, as well as the publicising of job adverts in the press. 

Successful candidates are selected after one or more interviews.
