Rondine: a place and an idea for peace that can become yours too.

The Association Rondine Cittadella della Pace celebrated its tenth birhtday in 2007. The journey has not been easy, but we has always been determined, without hesitations, finding new motivations as the journey continues.
It is a path trodden by people with great ideals, who want to find ways of transforming those ideals into reality. People of all kinds: young people and adults, children and old people, believers and non believers, Christians and Muslims, Catholics and Orthodox, Italians and people from all over the world.

Clear-sighted inspiration: the Gospel. A place of free confrontation, open to everyone. No sides are taken, here you encounter a taste for research, a way of listening to what remains deep down, an interest in difference, a passion for creating the present and future together.  

High esteem: for politics; because when politics fails, war wins and at Rondine this is considered the cause of all that is bad in the world. Different political beliefs are all respected at Rondine and nobody presumes to dominate over others.

Pleasure in the soul: artistic and cultural activities are intimately connected to the life of the International Hall of Residence. They are a point of reference for those who believe in the need to "practically" experiment with the possibilities and potential of dialogue and peaceful coexistence.

Aware of its modest dimensions, yet convinced of the universality of its message, the Association intends to bring together the highest number of people possible; people of "good will", people who can contribute with their ideas, energies and, why not, their resources, giving continuity and strength to its work.
