Sara Dukic

In 2013 she enrolled in Law school at the University of Sarajevo. During her studies, she took part in cultural exchanges in Lisbon (Portugal), Graz (Austria), and Bologna (Italy). After she graduated, she earned a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Siena. She completed an internship at the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Rome. In 2018 she became an active member of “Rondine Cittadella della Pace” where she followed the training on the transformation of conflicts, human rights and peacebuilding. Here she participated in the development of the project “Leaders for Peace” presented at the UN in New York, to Pope Francis in the Vatican and to the Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. She gained her experience as a speaker at some high schools in Italy and at two world-renowned universities in Washington. After an internship at UNDP in Sarajevo, she returned to Italy and she is currently the Local Project Coordinator for the Don Gnocchi Foundation.
