Ecology of Conflict. The Rondine Method Approach to Relationships

A book that offers a positive vision of conflict and of every controversy can be surprising. However, for years now Rondine Cittadella della Pace has been working on these issues, indicating a method that has found wide consensus. Because recognizing the conflictuality «of» the relationship is important, indeed ecological. Freed from a widespread misleading interpretation, the conflict emerges in these pages in its positive aspect, full of energy useful for taking care of the relationship woven between people. Franco Vaccari tells us about a consolidated method, no longer an experiment but a passable path, because those who propose it know its point of arrival. A long cultural transition is still needed to treasure the painful complexity of the conflict and therefore prevent its tragic degeneration into war. This is the outcome, in fact, that occurs when people do not know how to look each other in the face with mutual trust. Concrete differences are not accepted if  in-difference reigns due to ideological preconceptions and social prejudices. The volume is completed by contributions from some of Rondine’s collaborators, who provide insights into the results of the Rondine Method in the areas of leadership and popular diplomacy, testifying to the ecological value of the relational approach to conflict.
