The “Rondine. Experiences, studies and research” series, directed by Rondine Cittadella della Pace together with the editorial committee (Raffaella Iafrate, Giuseppe Cassini, Vittorio Emanuele Parsi, Sergio Valzania, Guido Stratta and Ivo Lizzola) and published by the FrancoAngeli publishing house with the support of FAI – Fondation Assistance Internationale, offers texts developed according to a new cultural paradigm starting from the more than twenty-year educational experience carried out by Rondine Cittadella della Pace with young people from war zones.
The first section, Rondine Method, consisting of interdisciplinary research, especially international, offers the core of the reflection – anthropological and psychological at the same time – on the relational approach to conflict.
The theory fits into the innovative proposals to “take care” of the needs felt by a complex and accelerated local and global society, so that people become capable of managing relational conflicts in everyday space-time, and not only in situations of war or emergency.
Two other sections collect some current experiences that confirm the validity of the Rondine Method both in corporate training and in other areas of professional, social and political life, as well as in school and education: these are the sections Training and School(in open access).
In the fourth section of the series Diplomacy, political culture and international projects (in open access), the new paradigm is applied to the emerging negotiations of popular diplomacy in the context of peacebuilding interventions.
